I specialize in Swiss buttercream, so I prefer to avoid heavy fondant usage to maintain that clean, creamy finish. As a solo baker in Mumbai, I keep my process focused to ensure quality. This is why I have a strict text-only policy. It allows me to stay in the kitchen and keep my hands on the piping bag rather than on a phone. When you reach out, please include your event date, the number of guests, and any visual inspiration you have. I do not do same-day orders, so reaching out well in advance helps me accommodate your request and ensure your cake is ready on time.
