From molten, NYC-style Chonker cookies to melt-in-your-mouth Nankhatai, my kitchen in Noida is dedicated to fresh, eggless treats.

This is what my chocolate chunk cookies are all about. Watch as I break one open to reveal a perfectly soft, chewy center packed with pools of melted chocolate. It's a truly satisfying cookie pull.

I do more than just cakes. This video showcases my cookie collection, including the popular Red Velvet Cream Cheese Chonker, a classic Chocochip Chonker, and my buttery, melt-in-your-mouth Kaju Cookies.

For all the coffee lovers, I created these Espresso Bean cookies. This video shows the process of mixing real espresso into the dough and shaping them to look just like coffee beans for a rich, bold flavor.

My signature Nankhatai are a customer favorite. They are incredibly soft, buttery, and just melt in your mouth. Here you can see them being packed fresh, ready to be enjoyed.

These are my pistachio sable cookies. They are a type of French butter cookie, incredibly rich and crumbly, dipped in chocolate and coated with crushed pistachios for a nutty, decadent finish.
