About Our Signature Brownies & Cookies
Let’s be real—fudgy brownies aren't meant to be hard or dry. Mine are baked to stay gooey on the inside and sturdy enough to handle, so you aren't left with a mess. Because I don’t use any preservatives, these treats taste best within 2-3 days of delivery. If you’re stocking up, I recommend storing them in an airtight container at room temperature, or popping the cookies in the microwave for ten seconds before eating.
I started Xtraordinary because I couldn't find a brownie that actually hit that 'fudgy' spot without tasting like it came from a factory line. That obsession hasn't changed. My kitchen runs on real ingredients—chocolate, fresh butter, and absolutely no shelf-life extending chemicals. When you bite into a Nutella Hazelnut Brownie or one of my Brookies, you’re tasting fresh eggs and cocoa, not preservatives.
My cookies aren't the thin, crispy ones you get in supermarket packs. They are thick, chunky, and stuffed with toppings like KitKat pieces or Nutella. The Red Velvet is a personal favorite because of that cream cheese hit, and the S'mores variant brings back that campfire nostalgia without the mess.
Whether you are ordering a small box for a quiet evening in Greater Kailash or a bulk order for a wedding in South Delhi, the freshness remains the same. I bake in small batches.
