Every great painting starts with an idea. This video shows a few works in progress from my adult art classes, including sketching, floral painting, and landscape work. It is all about the journey of creation, no matter the subject.
My adult classes are a wonderful mix of painting and sketching, where everyone works at their own pace. Whether you are learning to draw for the first time or refining your painting skills, I provide a relaxed environment for you to explore and grow as an artist.

This collection showcases the beautiful and delicate nature of watercolor painting, all created by my adult students. We explore everything from detailed bird portraits and landscapes to religious figures, learning how to control water and pigment to achieve soft, luminous effects.
Here is a student working with oil paints to create a stunning still life of a blue flower in a glass vase. Oil painting allows for rich colors and smooth blending, perfect for capturing the subtle reflections and transparency of the glass.

About this collection
I keep my batch sizes small, usually 4 to 8 students, so whether you’re working with oils in my Powai studio or joining me online, you get real-time feedback on your brushstrokes and technique. The goal here isn't to create a masterpiece on day one, but to help you find your unique style while learning the fundamentals of color, blending, and perspective.

What We Explore
We don't just stick to one thing. Depending on your interest, we can dive into:

- Charcoal: A fantastic way to learn about light, shadow, and form. We use tools like paper stumps and erasers to create depth.
The Setup
If you join me in the Powai studio, you will have access to a dedicated workstation, storage space for your drying canvases, and a supportive environment to practice. For my online students, I use live 2-way video conferencing to ensure I can see your progress and offer guidance just as if you were in the room with me.
No experience is needed to start. You bring your curiosity, and I will help you with the rest. Whether you want to master academic perspective studies or just need a relaxing hour to paint, there is a place for you here.
