Welcome to a collection of moments from my studio. Whether you are a beginner picking up a brush for the first time or a regular student refining your technique, I hope these pieces inspire you to create something of your own today.

I am so proud of my student Shivani and her first acrylic painting. She chose to paint her beautiful wedding venue, and watching her bring this special memory to life on canvas was a joy. This piece shows how art can capture not just a place, but also our deepest emotions. It’s a perfect example of how my classes support you in creating something that is truly meaningful to you.

It is wonderful to see a painting come to life, from the first pencil sketch to the final brushstroke. Here is my talented student Shankar with his vibrant acrylic painting of a bird. We worked together step by step, focusing on blending colors and adding fine details to capture the texture of the feathers.

Look at the wonderful things my little artists made during our Christmas workshop. We used wood slices and stones to create these adorable winter scenes. My art classes for kids are all about having fun, playing with colors, and making something they can be proud of. Their happy faces say it all.

This breathtaking acrylic painting of the Benaras ghats was created by my student, Rajni. It was a detailed project that required patience and a good understanding of perspective and color. I am so impressed by her dedication and the beautiful, serene atmosphere she captured on the canvas.

Capturing the power and grace of running horses is a fantastic challenge for any artist. This video shows the process of building up layers, colors, and motion to create a dynamic equine painting. In my classes, we learn how to translate energy and movement onto the canvas.

Here is one of my students completely absorbed in her work, painting a peaceful mountain landscape. My studio is a calm space where you can unwind, focus, and let the creative process take over. It is your time to relax and connect with your inner artist.

My heart is so full reading these messages from my students. Building a warm, supportive community is just as important to me as teaching technique. Knowing that my students feel guided and encouraged means the world to me. These kind words are my biggest motivation.

About this collection

What you see here is not just about the final canvas; it is about the hours of messy, fun learning that got us there. My students come to my studio with all kinds of skill levels, and we focus on breaking down complex subjects—like the texture of feathers or the depth of a landscape—into manageable, stress-free steps. If you have been waiting to start your own art journey, know that you do not need any prior experience, just a willingness to make a few mistakes along the way.

Whether we are capturing the vibrancy of a bird in flight or the calm atmosphere of the Benaras ghats, my goal is to guide you through the process rather than dictate the result. We work with acrylics, oils, and charcoals, ensuring each session feels less like a strict class and more like a creative break.

Why Choose My Studio in Powai?

My home studio is designed to be a calm, air-conditioned escape. We keep our batches small—typically 4 to 6 kids or adults—which means you get real-time feedback on your brushstrokes and technique throughout the session.

My Teaching Process

I often encourage my students to choose subjects that hold personal meaning. As you can see from these images, we move from simple sketches to fully realized paintings, learning to layer colors and handle materials properly. If you are joining us for the first time, expect to learn about lighting, color blending, and perspective without the pressure of perfection.

We offer both online virtual sessions for those who prefer to learn from home and in-person sessions in Powai for a more tactile experience. Each class is focused on your specific progress, ensuring you leave with not just a painting, but a new skill set.
