You won't just watch our process—you will be working directly with our signature 72-hour fermented sourdough. We guide you through every step, from the initial dough stretch to the final char in our wood-fired oven, using the same fresh, house-made mozzarella and San Marzano tomato sauce we use in our restaurants every day.
