About Brik Oven On The Town
Logistics for our Brik Mobile trailer require a 10ft wide entrance, as it is a full-sized brick oven on wheels. If you have a terrace or balcony with tighter access, we switch to our compact Ooni pop-up ovens. Both setups feature our signature 72-hour fermented sourdough and house-made mozzarella, so you get the same quality regardless of the physical space limitations.
How We Cater
When we roll up, we bring the heat. We aren't just dropping off boxes. We set up a fully operational kitchen, complete with a dedicated team of pizzaiolos. This is live catering, meaning your guests see the dough being stretched and watch the pizzas fire in real-time.
Choose Your Setup
- The Brik Mobile (Large Events): This is for events with 50+ guests that have direct motorable access. It is an authentic wood-fired brick oven on a trailer. It churns out thin, charred Neapolitan crusts with that classic smoky flavor profile.
- Ooni Pop-Up (Intimate Gatherings): For smaller groups of 30-50 or locations like terraces and balconies, we use our Ooni high-heat gas ovens. They fit into tight footprints but still deliver the same sourdough base and fresh toppings.
What Goes Into It
We are obsessed with our ingredients. Every pizza is made with our signature 72-hour fermented sourdough, which is lighter and easier to digest. We make our mozzarella from scratch three times every single day. If you want more than just pizza, we can add fresh salads, mozzarella fritta, and our pizza bagels to the menu.
Logistics & Travel
We handle the heavy lifting. Our team arrives about an hour before service to get everything ready. We bring our own preparation tables, firewood (for the trailer), and biodegradable plates. All we need from you is a bit of space and a hungry crowd. We cover all of Bengaluru, so reach out to check if your date is free.
