It's never too early to start the right way. Here is one of my youngest players, a 6-year-old girl, learning to bat in the nets. We focus on building confidence and correct basics from day one, for both boys and girls.
Hitting long sixes is a science, not just brute force. In this session, I break down the technique of range hitting, focusing on creating room, completing the bat's follow-through, and making the perfect connection.
