About Girls in Cricket: Empowering Female Talent
We start with the fundamentals—stance, grip, and balance—before moving to complex drills. Whether you are a 6-year-old learning your first drive or a U-19 player preparing to face 120+ km/h pace, I focus on correcting your flaws in real-time. You won't find generic advice here; you will find specific drills designed to help you own your wicket and dominate the field.
Cricket does not have a gender. When you walk into my nets at Greater Noida, I do not see a 'female cricketer' who needs special, watered-down training. I see a player who needs to learn how to keep her head still, balance her weight, and play the ball late.
My program for girls follows the same process as our boys' sessions. We start young—from age 5 and 6—ensuring that basics like stance and eye-level are ingrained before any bad habits set in.
For more experienced players, we replicate the pressure of real match situations. I use robo-arm bowlers to simulate speeds of 120 to 130 km/h, forcing you to adjust your reflexes. We do not believe in 'academies' that act as middlemen; we focus on the process. If your footwork is falling across or your elbow is not high enough, we address it immediately with repetitive shadow practice and video analysis.
We provide equal access to the bowling machines, turf wickets, and fitness modules. My goal is to make every girl who trains here so technically sound that she is ready for state-level trials and beyond. If you are willing to put in the hard work, I am here to provide the path.
Brigade Cricket Academy
I see cricket, not gender. When a girl walks into my nets, I see a player who needs to learn how to keep her head still, balance her weight, and play the ball late. My job is to make sure you are so technically sound that no one can ever question your place on the field.
