Our Track Record: Building Champions
Cricket is not about luck. It is about repetitive, disciplined practice. These photos show the results of that hard work—my players winning league titles and moving up to professional levels.
We build champions. This is our Swastik Union U-19 team, the winners of the 2024-25 KSCA tournament.
Another victory for our players. This is the Century Cricketers team, winners of the KSCA Group I, III Division League, a testament to their hard work and our training system.
The results speak for themselves. I am proud to have worked with dedicated cricketers like Rahul Sharma, who have gone on to represent India. My focus is always on providing valuable, technical guidance.
Mentorship is a key part of my coaching. I often gather players for a quick talk on the field to share insights on strategy, mindset, and the finer points of the game.
Players from the Swastik Union Cricket Club training at our academy. We provide a high-performance environment for club cricketers to prepare for their upcoming seasons.
About this collection
You do not see trophies by accident. When a player joins us, they are not just signing up for nets; they are committing to a system. My teams win because we fix the technique early, push fitness limits, and simulate match pressure constantly. If you want to play state-level cricket, you have to be ready to be corrected, not just applauded.
It starts with the basics. Whether it is a kid learning to drive or a U-19 player preparing for KSCA league matches, the approach remains the same. I focus on hip rotation, elbow alignment, and weight transfer until these movements become muscle memory.
At our grounds in Armane Nagar, we train on red soil wickets that test your technique more than synthetic turf ever will. You see the results in our tournament history—KSCA U-14, U-19, and Division-1 titles.
This is not a summer hobby; it is a serious pathway. If you are here, it is because you want to take your game seriously. I am on the ground, fixing stances and shouting instructions, not sitting in an office. We do the Yo-Yo tests, we do the match simulations, and we put in the hours. If you are ready to listen, we will get to work.

I am Raghuram Bhat, former Test cricketer. I do not believe in long speeches; I believe in the grind on the field. If you are ready to put in the work, I will show you how to play the game right.
