In this net session, the focus is on bowling spin on a turf wicket. You can see the bowler getting the ball to turn and trouble the batsman, which is a result of correct body alignment and seam position.

A positive mindset is just as important for a bowler as it is for a batsman. Here, I am encouraging a bowler to attack the stumps with confidence, believing that he can get the batsman out on the very first ball.

A good delivery that turns and bounces sharply to beat the batsman. For spinners, creating this kind of doubt in the batsman's mind is key to taking wickets.

A classic spinner's dismissal: the ball pitches, turns, beats the bat, and hits the stumps. This is what we work towards in our spin bowling coaching sessions.

About Spin Bowling Sessions

Spinning the ball effectively is about more than just giving it a rip; it’s about your body alignment and release point. In our sessions, we focus on the 'why' behind every delivery. If a ball isn't turning, we don't just bowl another one. We pause, check the video footage of your wrist position, and adjust the biomechanics until that ball grips and turns sharply.
