Food & Beverage
- Welcome Drink: 1 Mocktail (e.g., Blue Lagoon) or traditional option (Thandai) served in glass or high-quality cups.
- Starters: 3 varieties including Veg (Paneer Tikka, Corn) and Non-Veg (Chilli Chicken, Fish Fingers) based on selection.
- Mains: 2 Premium Curries (Paneer Butter Masala, Butter Chicken), Dal Makhani/Tadka, Flavored Rice, and Assorted Indian Breads.
- Sides: Green Salad, Papad, Pickle, Raita.
- Dessert: Hot or Cold options like Gulab Jamun or Ice Cream.
- Water: 200ml sealed water bottles.
Service & Hardware
- Hardware: Standard stainless steel chaffing dishes with fuel burners.
- Dining Ware: White ceramic dinner plates, steel cutlery, and high-quality paper napkins.
- Staff: Uniformed chefs and servers for food replenishment and clearance.

- Chaat Station: Live preparation of Pani Puri, Sev Puri, or Pav Bhaji.

- Service: Dedicated chef to manage cooking and queue.

Event Decor & Theme Styling
Basic Setup (Low Range)
- Structure: Standard latex balloon arch (single or double color).
- Elements: Simple "Happy Birthday" bunting and scattered balloon bunches.
Themed Setup (Mid-High Range)
- Backdrop: 6x6 or 8x8 ft printed flex or sequin curtain matching the theme (Jungle, Avengers, etc.).
- Props: Character cutouts, themed cake table cylinders, and LED focus lights.
- Traditional: Marigold garlands, fabric drapes, and brass props for Haldi/Mehendi events.
- Entrance: Welcome board on easel stand.
Logistics
- Execution: Includes rental of all stands/frames, on-site setup team, and dismantling.
Live Entertainment & Artists
Activity Options
- Tattoo/Face Paint (Low Range): 3-hour duration using skin-safe materials for unlimited temporary designs.
- Caricature Artist: 3-hour duration providing B&W pencil sketches (approx. 10-12 mins per guest).
- Game Host (Mid-High Range): 45-60 mins of organized games, musical chairs, and crowd interaction.
- Magician (High Range): 30-45 mins of interactive tricks tailored to the audience age group.

Our Event Types
We’ve planned everything from wild kids’ birthday parties (think jungle, superheroes, even Harry Potter!) to colourful Mehendi and Haldi ceremonies, and full-on Onam Sadhya feasts on banana leaves. Baby showers, house warmings, naming ceremonies - you name it, we’ve done it.

Food is my jam. Whether you want lavish buffets, live food counters (like pizza or chaat made right there), or elegant grazing tables for a nice mingling vibe, we’ve got you. Our menus cover Indian, Chinese, Continental, and regional festival catering services, depending on your crowd.
Decor & Entertainment
We’re big on themed event decor. Balloon arches, selfie booths, wild backdrops, and all those little touches that make the place pop. Entertainment? From magicians to tattoo and caricature artists, or game hosts who keep everyone moving - we bring interactive party entertainment, especially for the younger guests.
Real Talk

My Story
We’re BookMyPartyFood, and honestly, we just get a kick out of a good party. We saw too many hosts missing the fun, so we jumped in - food, games, magic, decor, all sorted. Watching kids laugh at a magic show or seeing a client finally chill at their own bash, that's our jam. Whether it’s a Mehendi, first birthday, or a big office event, we bring the food and the fun.
