Menu Tiers (Veg)

Three veg tiers as reference, each fully customisable:

• Tier 1 (₹350/plate): Lemon Juice welcome drink, Live Chaat (Papdi Chaat) and Hara Bhara Kebab starters, Shahi Matar Paneer, Dal Tadka, Jeera Rice, Chapathis, Curd, Pickle, Salad, Gulab Jamun.

• Tier 2 (₹450/plate): Orange Sunshine welcome drink, Live Chaat and Live French Fries, Veg Hakka Noodles and Veg Manchurian, Tawa Mixed Veg, Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Fry, Veg Pulav, Live Puris with assorted chapatis, Raita, Salad, Papad, Gulab Jamun and Shahi Tukda with Rabadi.

• Tier 3 (₹550/plate): Berry Cooler welcome drink, Live Chaat, Live French Fries and Pav Bhaji, Live Pizzas (Margherita, Veggie Lovers), Veg Hakka Noodles and Veg Manchurian, Sabz-e-Bahaar, Paneer Lababdaar, Dal Makhani, Veg Pulav, Live Puris with chapatis, Raita, Salad, Papad, Rasmalai and Ice Cream with chocolate sauce.

Non-Veg and Premium

• Non-veg variants available on every tier. Uplift is 20% and above over the veg per-plate rate, depending on the menu. Chicken-only menus sit at the lower end, mutton or seafood or multi-protein menus push higher. In practice, customers who go non-veg usually also expand the menu (more starters, extra live counters, regional add-ons), so the realised per-plate is often higher than veg base + 20%.
• Real example: a 45-pax bespoke non-veg menu (Tier 1 base + pizzas + chicken lollipop + appam with chicken stew + extra starters) was quoted at ₹755/person + ₹2,500 transport.
• Non-veg options span Chicken Lollipop, Chilli Chicken, Fish Fingers, Kebabs (starters), Butter Chicken or Curry, Lucknowi Chicken Biryani, Chicken Stew (mains).

Customisation

• Every dish in every tier is swappable. Want to drop something, add something, build the whole menu around a different cuisine? Done. Indian, Chinese, Continental all standard. A full South Indian spread, a live Italian pasta counter, an all-chaat menu, or authentic regional sweets sourced specially — all on the table. Tell us the brief, we build around it.

Other Worked-Out Menus

Beyond the three Celebrations tiers above, we have ready-to-pitch templates for:

• Indian Street Food Special — ₹425 per person: Welcome drink (Thandai Milk / Badam Milk / Mango Lassi), Pani Puri / Sev Puri / Papdi Chat / Samosa Chat, plus Dhokla, Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, or Matar Kulcha, finished with Icecream / Gulabjamun / Carrot Halwa. Three composition options. Great as a snack-station format. Flat rate regardless of count; 100+ pax bookings may be negotiated.
• Popular Events Menu (full multi-course, non-veg-inclusive) — ₹599 per plate: Welcome drink, 2 non-veg items (chicken kebab + Hyderabadi or Lucknowi biryani / egg roast), salad, veg starter, paneer curry, dry sabzi, dal, biryani or pulao, white rice, sambar + rasam, Indian breads (chapatis / ajwain / jeera), raita, papad, pickle, and dessert. South Indian elements built in by default. Three composition options on file. 100+ pax bookings may be negotiated.

Standalone Add-Ons

• Live counter (pizza / chaat / noodles), standalone: ₹400 per guest. If you already have the rest of the food handled and just want a live-counter experience layered on top.
• Frilled cloth tablecloth: ₹350 per table. For a more dressed-up buffet or counter look.

Service Standards

• Hardware: Stainless steel chafing dishes with fuel burners. Gold-accented chafers available for traditional events.
• Staff: Well-groomed chefs and waiters for food replenishment and clearance.
• Water: Water can or sealed bottled water, your choice.

Terms

• Minimum guarantee: 30 guests. We do not take bookings below this.
• Advance: Up to 50% at confirmation, balance around the event. UPI, bank transfer, and cheque all accepted.
• Lead time: 4-5 days minimum for our standard menu. Specialised or custom menus need longer, depending on the ask.
• Service window: Per-plate rates cover a 3-hour service window. Longer events (think weddings or all-day functions) are priced higher because crew has to be retained longer and food consumption per guest goes up. We quote the longer-window uplift case by case.
• Transport: ₹2,500 flat, anywhere in Bengaluru. No distance uplift.
• Service area: Bengaluru only. We do not take outstation jobs.
• Cancellation: Inside 24 hours of the event, no refund and a penalty may apply, since food has already been bought or prepped. Earlier cancellations are handled case by case.
• Rescheduling: Possible at our discretion. If food has already been procured for the original date, perishable cost plus a penalty applies on the new date.
• GST: Not included in the per-plate rate. Charged extra if a GST invoice is needed (typically for corporate clients).
• Note: This menu is one reference for how we price and operate. Final quote is always built around your specific event.

Live Counters (Select 1-2)

• Pizza Station: 6-inch personal pizzas (Margherita, Veggie Lovers, Chicken) made in portable electric ovens.
• Pasta Station: Penne or Fusilli tossed on-site with Red, White, or Alfredo sauce.
• Chaat Station: Live Pani Puri, Sev Puri, Dahi Puri, or Pav Bhaji.

Menu and Sides

• Finger Foods: French Fries, Cocktail Samosas, Mini Burgers, Sliders, Hara Bhara Kebab.
• Mains: Non-spicy Veg Hakka Noodles, Veg Manchurian, Paneer Butter Masala, Veg Pulav, Live Puris with chapatis.
• Dessert: Ice Cream cups with chocolate sauce, Chocolate Fountain with dips, Gulab Jamun, Rainbow Cupcakes.

Service

• Staff: Dedicated chef to manage cooking and queue, well-groomed waiters.
• Crockery: High-quality disposable plates and cutlery safe for kids.
• Water: Water can or sealed bottled water, your choice.
