How This One Works

Unlike our other menus, the styled high-tea / grazing table is curated to your brief rather than a fixed dish list. Tell us the theme, the vibe, the dress code, the budget within this range — and we design the menu and styling around it. The shape below is what we typically build; treat it as a starting point, not a fixed package.

The Grazing Display

• Visual Setup: Wooden A-frame ladder shelving or tiered stands with checkered runners and props.
• Savouries (typically 3-4): Guacamole Crostinis, Veggie Corn Quesadillas, Tokri Chaat, Cocktail Samosas, Sliders, Nachos with Cheese, or Sandwiches.
• Sweet Treats: Assorted Muffins, Brownie Bites, or Fruit Tartlets.

Beverage Station

• Hot: Freshly brewed Masala Chai and Filter Coffee in insulated dispensers.
• Cold: 1 Iced Mocktail (Blue Curacao, Berry Cooler) served in glass dispensers.

Decor and Service

• Styling: Artificial floral accents, mini props, and easel welcome signage.
• Staff: 1-2 well-groomed waiters to manage the grazing table.

Terms

• Minimum guarantee: 30 guests.
• Advance: Up to 50% at confirmation, balance around the event. UPI, bank transfer, and cheque all accepted.
• Lead time: 4-5 days minimum for our standard menu. Specialised or custom menus need longer.
• Service window: Per-plate rates cover a 3-hour service window. Longer events are priced higher because crew has to be retained longer and food consumption per guest goes up. We quote the longer-window uplift case by case.
• Transport: ₹2,500 flat, anywhere in Bengaluru. No distance uplift.
• Service area: Bengaluru only. We do not take outstation jobs.
• Cancellation: Inside 24 hours, no refund and a penalty may apply. Earlier cancellations handled case by case.
• Rescheduling: At our discretion. If food has already been procured for the original date, perishable cost plus a penalty applies.
• GST: Not included in the per-person rate. Charged extra if a GST invoice is needed.

How We Price It

We pitch corporate team lunches off the same three-tier Celebrations menu we use for social events, just with the dish list re-weighted for an office crowd. Each tier is fully customisable, fully veg as the base, with non-veg variants available on top.

• Tier 1 (₹350/plate, veg base): Welcome mocktail, 2 starters (1 live counter + 1 buffet), 1 paneer main, 1 dal, rice, breads, salad, pickle, papad, 1 dessert. Office-friendly default.
• Tier 2 (₹450/plate, veg base): Adds a second live counter (chaat, fries, or pasta), Indo-Chinese course (Hakka Noodles + Manchurian), upgraded mains and an extra dessert.
• Tier 3 (₹550/plate, veg base): Adds Live Pizza, Pav Bhaji, premium mains (Sabz-e-Bahaar, Paneer Lababdaar, Dal Makhani), Rasmalai + Ice Cream.

Non-Veg and Premium

• Non-veg variants available on every tier. Uplift is 20% and above depending on what you pick. Chicken-only menus sit at the lower end; mutton, seafood, or multi-protein menus push higher.
• Real example on file: a 45-pax bespoke non-veg menu (Tier 1 base, expanded with pizzas + chicken lollipop + appam with chicken stew + extra starters) came in at ₹755/person + ₹2,500 transport.
• Non-veg options span Chilli Chicken, Chicken Lollipop, Fish Fingers, Kebabs (starters), Butter Chicken or Curry, Lucknowi Chicken Biryani, Chicken Stew (mains).

Popular Events Menu (Worked Example) — ₹599 per plate

• Beyond the Celebrations tiers above, we also have a ready-to-pitch full multi-course non-veg-inclusive menu we use for office events. Welcome drink, 2 non-veg items (chicken kebab + Hyderabadi or Lucknowi biryani / egg roast), salad, veg starter (Chilli Gobhi / Babycorn Crispy / Paneer 65), paneer curry, dry sabzi, dal, biryani or pulao, white rice, sambar + rasam, Indian breads, raita, papad, pickle, and dessert. South Indian elements built in by default. Three composition options on file. 100+ pax bookings may be negotiated.

Standalone Add-Ons

• Live counter (pizza / chaat / noodles), standalone: ₹400 per guest. If you already have the rest of the food handled and just want a live-counter experience layered on top.
• Frilled cloth tablecloth: ₹350 per table. For a more dressed-up buffet or counter look.

Service Standards
