About this collection

Most baking classes use dummy cakes to save on costs, but here, you will work exclusively with real sponge. Whether you are learning to pipe delicate rosettes or structure a gravity-defying sculpture, you will be doing every step yourself—mixing, stacking, and finishing—in a small, 1-3 person batch that guarantees you actually learn the craft.

Your Baking Journey Starts Here

I believe the only way to learn is to do it yourself. You will not find any demonstrations where you just watch me work. In my studio, you are the one measuring, baking, and troubleshooting.

The Zero-to-Pro Foundation This is the core of what I teach. We strip away the guesswork of baking science. You will learn how to handle an OTG, understand ingredient chemistry, and bake sponges that actually taste good and hold structure. By the time you graduate from this module, you will have completed over 10 different cake varieties entirely on your own.

Advanced Techniques Once the basics are solid, we move to the stuff that makes cakes stand out. I teach you the mechanics of sharp-edge finishing—that elusive, razor-sharp look on ganache and buttercream that usually requires years of practice to nail. We also cover structural engineering for tiered cakes, ensuring that when you build something high or complex, it stays standing during transport.

Specialized Skills If you have a specific goal, we can focus on that. We do deep dives into fondant character sculpting, where you learn to model human and animal figures that look proportional and expressive. We also cover trending styles like palette knife painting, rice paper sails, and geode effects.

Why My Mumbai Studio? I keep my batches intimate, usually just 1 to 3 students at a time. This allows me to customize the pace. If you are struggling with a piping technique, we stop and fix it. If you need to understand why your sponge is sinking, we look at your oven and your technique together. You leave with a recipe booklet, a student kit, and the confidence to take your baking from a hobby to a professional skill.
