About Gymnastics & Yoga
Our sessions take place in a safe, semi-outdoor courtyard designed for movement. We focus on floor-based gymnastics and play-based yoga on high-density foam mats, ensuring your child learns at their own pace. Whether they are mastering their first cartwheel or learning a calming breathing technique, our instructors are right there on the mat to provide support and ensure safety, not just watching from the sidelines.
Why combine Gymnastics and Yoga?
We believe that physical growth and mental clarity go hand in hand. Gymnastics builds the core strength, coordination, and agility that kids need for confidence. Yoga, on the other hand, brings in the stillness, teaching children how to focus, breathe, and regulate their emotions. Together, these practices help children stay active, reduce stress from school, and develop a healthy relationship with their bodies.
Gymnastics: Floor-Based Movement
Our gymnastics program is designed for kids aged 4 to 14. We focus on floor work, which includes tumbling, cartwheels, and conditioning on safe, puzzle foam mats. You will not find bars or beams here; we prioritize fundamental body weight control and flexibility drills like splits and bridges. Classes run 3 days a week—Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday—providing a consistent routine that keeps kids engaged without burning them out.
Yoga: Playful Mindfulness
Our yoga sessions are not silent, static classes. We use storytelling, animal poses, and games to keep children interested. It is about teaching them how to hold a pose like the Tree pose for balance or practicing basic Pranayama for calm. Even a short, consistent 10-minute daily routine can significantly help with concentration and posture.

BEPIC
We started BEPIC because we wanted a place where kids could move, laugh, and find their spark away from screens. Our team is less about strict rules and more about cheering your child on, whether they are perfecting a backbend or just learning to stand tall. We are right there with them, helping them grow into their most confident selves.
