Finding us at a festival is easy—just follow the aroma of woodfire smoke. Whether it is our Ramadan Iftar pop-up at Millers Road or the Salaam Souk carnival, we serve the same signature biryani you would get at a wedding, fresh from the pot. We do not use warmers or pre-plated trays here; it is served straight from the vessel to your bowl, keeping that smoky depth intact.
Food festivals like Salaam Souk and the Swiggy SteppinOut Carnival are where we take our kitchen on the road. Cooking in large vessels over firewood is the only way to get that authentic, smoky flavour into every grain of rice.
What to expect at our stalls:

We often get asked if the festival taste differs from our home-delivered bulk orders. The answer is no. We use the same spice blends and fresh meat sourcing for our pop-ups as we do for our catering clients.
