My Approach

I'm not the coach for shortcuts or quick fixes. I push for ruthless discipline, real intensity, and consistency. We don't just do workouts - we train with intention. The process is tough, and honestly, sometimes you'll hate it. But if you're ready to put in the hard work, that's when real change happens.

Why I Coach

I started out at 147kg, bullied and just not happy with myself. It's taken years of grinding, learning, and failing to drop 66kg and become a strength coach. I know the struggle, and I know what it takes to climb out. My coaching is built on personal experience, not just theory.

What Training Looks Like

This is more than a 6-week challenge - it's a lifestyle shift.

  • Mindset transformation for fitness comes first. We work on discipline and showing up when motivation dies.
  • Training focuses on strength basics: squats, deadlifts, bench, overhead press, rows. No fancy circus stuff.
  • Progressive overload is key. We push for real growth and real-world body transformation.
  • Fat loss is sustainable, not crash dieting. No starving or giving up all the foods you love.

Beyond The Gym

Progress isn’t just about lifting. I break down nutrition basics - calories, macros, how to eat smart even on weekends. We also work on mobility and injury prevention, so you stay strong and pain-free.

My Goal For You

I want you to become your own expert. You'll learn the why behind every move, every meal. In the end, this should become your own daily riyaaz (practice).

My Story

I used to weigh 147 kilos. Trust me, I know how tough it gets. Changed my life with a lot of failures, some wins, and a ton of consistency. My anchors? Physical activity, solid nutrition, and sleep. But I learned the hard way—if you can’t handle stress, you slip back. Still working on that. Outside the gym, I’m just a guy who loves dogs, wears a dhoti at weddings, and gets hyped about Dragonball Z. This journey? Pure riyaaz (daily practice), every day.
