Goku & The Grind: Training With Heart and Humor
The iron never lies, but the grind does not have to be miserable. This is how I stay consistent, by treating every training session like a new level to unlock.
Mid week motivation, channeling my inner Goku. The work has to get done, relentless and with focus.
Training to unlock a new form before I turn 30. This is my version of going Super Saiyan.
Studies show that 97% of men actually believe they are Batman. I'm just here to confirm the science.
Maturing is realizing not all your family members are well wishers. Sometimes your biggest supporters are strangers. The Goku mindset is about overcoming all obstacles.
Training to beat Goku, or at least Krillin. Having fun with the process is key to long term consistency.
Lift with INTENT. The intent to destroy anything that stands between you and your goals. That's the Dragon Ball Z way.
That moment you realize there is no magic diet and that consistency has been the answer all along. A little fitness humor to keep things real.
Am I obsessed with the Dragon Ball anime? I have no idea what you're talking about. Meanwhile, my entire wardrobe...
Just another piece of evidence for my completely normal and not at all obsessive appreciation for Dragon Ball Z.
The Goku tank top is a staple. It's a reminder to always push beyond my limits and strive for the next level.
About Goku & The Grind: The Lighter Side
I do not just count reps. I use the Goku mindset, the belief that you must always push beyond your current limits, to teach you how to fall in love with the process. If you are bored or dreading every workout, you are doing it wrong. I will teach you how to integrate your own passions into your training, making the struggle part of the journey actually rewarding.
You might wonder why a strength coach is obsessed with Dragon Ball Z. It is simple. Fitness is not just about the physical load on the bar. It is about the mental fortitude you build when you are tired, frustrated, or bored. When I reference Goku or Batman, I am not just having fun. I am showing you that even superheroes have to put in the work.
My coaching style is not about shouting at you. It is about INTENT. Whether we are doing heavy Trap Bar deadlifts in a gym in Kolkata or you are following my online blueprint from your home, the goal is the same. We focus on technique first. No ego lifting. No shortcuts.
I treat my training like a daily riyaaz. It is a practice. That is why I share the lighter side of my life, too. I want you to see that you can be intense and disciplined without being a robot. You can laugh, you can be obsessed with your hobbies, and you can still transform your body if you show up consistently.
If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building real strength, we can work together. I provide the science, the nutrition plans, and the discipline audits. You provide the effort. Let us get to work.
