My Transformation: From 147kg to Strength Coach
This is my story, written in hard work. I started at 147kg, bullied and unhappy, and fought my way here by losing 66kg. These photos show the journey, not as a quick fix, but as proof that with ruthless discipline, you can take FULL CONTROL and rebuild yourself from the ground up.

We don't do fancy circus tricks here. We build strength with the basics: Squats, Deadlifts, and Presses. These are the foundational movements that create real world strength, build a powerful physique, and forge mental toughness.

A strong upper body is built with balanced pushing and pulling movements. This is a look at the key exercises I use, from bodyweight staples like dips and pull ups to heavy rows and presses, to build a wide back, strong shoulders, and a powerful chest.
