Your wedding menu is more than just food; it is a reflection of the places you have been and the flavours you love. Whether you want a sophisticated Pan-Asian feast or a touch of Italian elegance, we craft international dishes that feel deeply personal to your journey as a couple.

For their reception, Shweta and Nikhil wanted a global shift. We created a Pan-Asian experience with gochujang cauliflower baos, Thai curries, and Vietnamese summer rolls, offering a menu that was flavour-forward but easy to love.

For Shradha and Nagi, every dish was an ode to a place they love. This Fig and Arugula Salad brought a touch of Italy to their tasting menu, with crisp, vibrant, and indulgent flavours.

A culinary passport for a globetrotting groom. In celebration of his family's adventures, the reception featured a taste of Myanmar with our creamy and flavourful Burmese Khowsuey station.

The smoky richness of roasted garlic elevates our classic creamy hummus, paired perfectly with crispy falafel. At Banquet 18, we celebrate unique flavours that add a special touch to your menu.

Delicate in form, disruptive in flavour. For a menu that moved across cultures, we brought in these Vietnamese Summer Rolls. Wrapped fresh with herbs and glass noodles, they were a refreshing crowd favourite.

Flavours that intrigue, presentation that captivates. This curated plate features a paprika corn patty, garlic-crusted steamed banana, and chimichurri cottage cheese, blending textures and tastes in an intricate, effortless way.

From fresh ingredients to the final presentation, our Mexican Baskets are a vibrant and delicious addition to any event. A perfect bite-sized taste of Mexico for your guests to enjoy.

About this collection

When we design a global menu, we focus on balancing intensity with accessibility. For instance, our Pan-Asian spreads are intentionally light—featuring items like Vietnamese summer rolls and Burmese Khowsuey—so your guests feel energised rather than heavy. We do not just replicate international recipes; we adapt them to fit the rhythm of a wedding, ensuring every bite is familiar enough to enjoy but unique enough to leave a lasting impression.

Your Menu as a Culinary Passport

We believe a wedding menu should act as a conversation starter. If your relationship was built over late-night pasta or travels through Southeast Asia, that is exactly where we start. We move beyond standard packages to curate a dining experience that mirrors your unique story.

The Art of Global Fusion

Global cuisine is not just about variety; it is about respecting the technique. When we recreate a Burmese Khowsuey or an authentic Italian Fig and Arugula salad, we focus on the foundational elements that make those dishes work. Our chefs bring the same level of rigour to a Tawa Galouti Kebab as they do to a Vietnamese Summer Roll.

We understand that Indian weddings involve a diverse palate. Our approach ensures that global flavours are accessible to everyone, from your local guests to those flying in from abroad. We balance rich, complex gravies with refreshing, crisp appetizers to keep the dining experience dynamic.

Why Choose Us for Your Global Menu?

  • Collaborative Design: We start with a conversation about your favourite travels, food memories, and cravings. Every item on your menu serves a purpose.
  • Interactive Dining: Our live stations—such as our pasta bars or cold stone ice cream counters—are designed to create energy, making the food a central part of your celebration's entertainment.
  • Refined Presentation: Whether it is serving snacks on rustic wooden platters or using precise plating for gourmet appetizers, we ensure the visuals match the depth of flavour.

If you have a specific cuisine or a memory from your travels you want to recreate, let us know. We thrive on the challenge of translating personal experiences into a cohesive, flavourful menu.
