Menu Creation
We actually want to know what you want. Got an odd craving at midnight or a specific vision for your event? I’m all ears. Every menu is built from scratch with your goals in mind. The magic’s in the details, so I ask questions and listen before writing up anything.
Culinary Choices
- We cover a lot - from Pan-Asian event menu and lively Mexican to rich North Indian curries and regional specialties.
- Regional Indian food is my jam, so you’ll see Dakshin (South Indian) feasts or North Indian classics.
- Fusion cuisine for events is a favorite - like Desi Tacos or Curd Rice Arancini. Familiar but with a twist.
Themed & Interactive Experiences
- Want a Street Food Bazaar with live chaat gaadi (snack cart)? Or maybe live sushi and dumpling stations? We do that.
- Interactive catering stations are our thing - pasta bars, grills, and even live dessert counters like Nolen Gur ice cream.
- If you’re up for a traditional Yele Oota (banana leaf meal), I make sure your guests feel welcome, even if they’re new to it.
Beverage Service
We run a full bar with pro bartenders and custom drink menus - from signature cocktails for a corporate crowd to mocktails for the social crew.
