- Concept: 4 to 5 Distinct Stalls representing different cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata with themed signage.
- Hot Food: Live charcoal roasted Corn Bhutta, Pav Bhaji on Tawa, Kathi Rolls made to order, and Vada Pav sliders.
- Chaat: Pani Puri, Papdi Chaat, and Jhal Muri cones.
Beverage Station
- Nostalgia Drinks: Ice Gola with various syrups, Masala Chai in clay cups, Filter Coffee, and Fresh Sugarcane Juice.

I want your guests to walk away talking about that one dish that made them go, “Yaar, I’ve never tasted this before!” Every wedding menu I do is its own thing - built around your stories, your cravings, even your late-night maggi experiments if that’s what matters to you.
How I Build Your Menu
It all starts with a chat. Tell me your stories, what makes you two tick, and what you want your guests to remember. We’ll do tastings (always fun), tweak things, and make sure every bite feels like you. Got allergies or want a fully vegan spread? No worries. I’ve made menus for all sorts of needs, including South Indian wedding feasts and fusion twists.
Flavours & Experiences
- Signature South Indian stuff - my Yele Oota (banana leaf feast) is legendary, but I love mixing it up with Awadhi biryani, Lucknowi kebabs, or even street-style chaat and pav bhaji.
- Love a dish from a trip? Want to mash up your mom’s rasam with global flavours? I’m all for fusion wedding dishes and wild combos.
- Live food stations make things fun - think pasta bars, Kolkata puchka, or my cold stone ice cream bar where you pick the toppings and we smash it all together.

I don’t do boring buffets. Everything gets a little zhuzh - wooden boards, earthen pots, whatever fits your vibe.
