About Power Up: Advanced Training & Performance

You will be training on the LED-lit Moonboard, which is the gold standard for building pure finger strength and power endurance. We do not just tell you to pull harder; we analyze your body position, movement, and specific 'beta' for each route to ensure every session is efficient, injury-free, and gets you moving with better flow.

Training for higher grades is not just about raw power; it is about efficiency and smart movement. In these sessions, we shift the focus from 'just climbing' to deliberate, structured practice. You will receive hands-on support for mastering complex techniques like flagging, precise heel hooks, and maintaining body tension on overhanging walls.
