We raise our voices for better maternal health, respectful care, and environments where every mother and baby can thrive. Join us in making systemic change a reality.

The tobacco industry often uses bright, colorful packaging to target children, but their intentions are dark. On World No Tobacco Day, we raise awareness about the serious health risks of nicotine exposure during pregnancy and childhood.

For World Health Day, we highlighted how our programs align with the theme "Healthy Beginnings, Hopeful Futures." From our Baby Gold Program to our mental health support, we are committed to the well being of every mother and infant.

On World NGO Day, we celebrate the power of non-profits to create positive change. This post explains our mission to promote respectful care, improve healthcare access, and support families in need.

This post celebrates Rashtriya Poshan Maah, or National Nutrition Month. We actively support this government initiative by offering resources and guidance for expectant and new mothers on maintaining a nutritious diet.

This informational video explains the key strategies for reducing maternal and neonatal mortality. It covers improving access to quality healthcare, ensuring skilled birth attendance, and providing comprehensive postnatal care.

About Our Advocacy for Mothers & Babies

Real change in maternal health does not just happen in hospitals; it starts with community awareness and informed choices. We train frontline health workers and partner with local initiatives to ensure every family has access to respectful care, from pregnancy through early childhood. If you want to connect with a network that prioritizes your voice and your baby's future, we are here to support you.

Why We Advocate

At Bangalore Birth Network, we believe your birth experience matters as much as the baby you bring into the world. Our advocacy work is rooted in the idea that systemic change—whether it is promoting tobacco-free environments for infants or supporting government initiatives like Rashtriya Poshan Maah—is essential for healthy outcomes.

How We Create Impact

We don't just talk about change; we actively build the infrastructure for it:

  • Grassroots Training: We equip frontline health workers, including ASHA and ANM staff, with evidence-based knowledge on breastfeeding, newborn care, and respectful birth practices.
  • Public Awareness: From raising flags on World No Tobacco Day to celebrating the vital role of nutrition, we share resources that help you make better decisions for your family.
  • Community Support: We foster spaces where you can ask questions openly, whether you need advice on lactation or support during the postpartum period.

Join the Movement

Our work is only possible because of the community we serve. By sharing your story, attending our workshops, or simply connecting with other parents in our groups, you are part of the solution. If you are looking for more than just a service, but a community that advocates for your rights as a parent, reach out to us. We are here to listen and help you navigate this journey with confidence.
