Premium Ring Decor & Plinths
Backdrop & Structure
- Ring Frame: 1 Iron circular ring backdrop (6x6 ft) fully or semi-clad with decorations.
- Balloon Garland: Dense organic style arrangement covering 60-70% of the ring. Mix of pastel, metallic, and 10-15 chrome/confetti accent balloons.
- Signage: 1 Neon LED sign (Options: "Happy Birthday", "Oh Baby", or "Better Together") or suspended acrylic name.
Props & Cake Display
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals with fabric covers for cake/dessert display.
- Cake Stand: 1 decorative cake stand placed on the central plinth.
- Floor Decor: 15-20 loose balloons scattered near the base.

- Rental: All props are on a rental basis (next day pickup).
- Customization: Color palette is fully customizable.
Grand Themed Banquet Decor
Main Stage Setup
- Structure: Large 8ft x 8ft backdrop using curtains or custom printed flex matching the theme (e.g., Jungle, Cocomelon).
- Cutouts: 3-4 Large sunboard/foam character cutouts (approx. 3ft tall) placed on stage.
- Balloon Work: Massive framing (Inverted U or L-shape) using 800+ balloons in theme colors.
- Lighting: 2-4 LED Par cans (Focus lights) to wash the backdrop in color.
Entrance & Ambiance
- Entrance Gate: Standard spiral balloon arch at the venue entry.
- Signage: LED Marquee Number or large foil balloons indicating age.
- Props: Themed elements (artificial vines, butterfly foils) and stage carpet.
Logistics
- Venue: Best suited for banquet halls or large terraces.
- Setup Time: Requires 2-3 hours for installation.
Traditional Haldi & Mehendi Setup
Backdrop & Florals
- Draping: Curtain backdrop (8x8 ft) in combinations of Yellow, Orange, and Hot Pink.
- Floral Work: Extensive use of artificial Marigold (Genda Phool) strings hanging vertically or in crisscross patterns.
- Greenery: Central patch of artificial grass or money-plant panel for contrast.
Ethnic Props
- Decor: 2-4 Traditional embroidered Rajasthani umbrellas and dreamcatchers.
- Signage: "Bride to Be", "Groom to Be", or "Haldi" cutout.
- Floor Accessories: 2 Brass/Copper style pots with marigolds.
Important Notes
- Flowers: Uses high-quality reusable artificial flowers (fresh flowers charged extra).
- Seating: Decoration included, but client must provide the main sofa or chair.
Romantic Cabana & Light Decor
Cabana Structure
- Draping: Tent/canopy structure created over a bed or on the floor using white or red sheer net fabric.
- Illumination: Heavy use of fairy lights (curtain style) interwoven with fabric.
- Floral: Artificial rose vines wrapped around the front canopy pillars.
Atmosphere & Details
- Balloons: 20-30 Helium-look balloons (taped) with long ribbons on the ceiling.
- Floor/Bed Art: Real rose petals arranged in a heart shape or message.
- Personalization: 5-10 Photos (provided by client) clipped to the fairy lights.

- Space: Needs a clear 6x6 ft area or standard double bed.
- Power: Requires power point access within 2 meters.

- Ceiling Decor: 50-70 balloons with dangling ribbons stuck to the ceiling.

- Lighting: 2 strings of fairy lights draped around the headboard or curtain rod.
Signage & Art
- Foil Balloons: 1 Set of "Happy Birthday" or "Happy Anniversary" letters (16-inch) on the wall.
- Rose Petals: 500g to 1kg fresh petals arranged in a heart or message on the bed/floor.

- Duration: Setup takes 60-90 minutes.
- Cleanup: Setup service only. Takedown/cleanup is done by the client.
