Once you are cleared, we tailor every move to where your body is today, whether you are in your second trimester or healing postpartum, focusing specifically on pelvic floor support and core stability rather than high-intensity, calorie-focused routines.

We require all prenatal and postpartum clients to share their medical status with our trainers before the first session. This allows us to modify exercises for your specific trimester or recovery timeline. If you prefer one-on-one attention, our private sessions are ideal, as they allow us to pace the class strictly according to your energy levels and medical requirements.
