My thali usually has two sabzis (sometimes paneer, sometimes classic aloo-matar), dal, rice (plain or jeera, your call), soft chapatis or puris, and a bit of salad. Some days, if you’re lucky, there’s a sweet like gulab jamun tucked in. The menu changes, so you won’t get bored.

If you need Jain food, I’ve got you. No onion, no garlic, and cooked separately. I follow all the rules, so you don’t have to worry. Taste is still solid, and you get the same variety.
