• Fresh Prep: I cook everything in my Kamothe kitchen every morning. I don't use pre-made, stored curries. Everything is made fresh for the day's orders.
• Pure Veg Promise: My kitchen is 100% vegetarian. If you have specific dietary needs, like a Jain thali, I prepare it completely separately without onion or garlic.
