Standard Plated Thali Service
Service Format
- Style: Sit-down or standing service. Staff serves food directly into compartment plates (Melamine or high-grade disposable). No buffet tables required.
- Staffing: 1 to 2 uniformed servers to distribute plates and refill items bucket-style.
- Hygiene: Staff equipped with hairnets and caps. Includes basic cleanup of used plates.
Menu Configuration (Pure Veg)
- Welcome: Mineral water glasses (200ml).
- Main Course: 2 items total. One Paneer dish (Mutter Paneer or Butter Masala) plus one Dry Vegetable (Aloo Gobi, Mix Veg, or Seasonal Bhaji).
- Lentils: Dal Fry or Dal Tadka (yellow dal).
- Staples: Jeera Rice or Steamed Basmati. Served with Puris (fried off-site) or foil-wrapped Chapatis.
- Dessert: 1 Limited Portion. Typically Gulab Jamun (2 pcs) or Fruit Custard.
- Sides: Green Salad, Pickle, and Roasted Papad.
Equipment & Logistics
- Food arrives hot in thermal drums and steel buckets.
- Includes waste disposal bags for plate clearing.

Food is the main thing people remember from a party, right? I make sure it’s always fresh, pure veg, and something everyone can enjoy. Whether it’s a noisy birthday or a chill house get-together, I bring the same energy and care.
How I Serve
- Classic buffet setup: Steel and silver handis, colorful drapes, and my team in uniform. Guests can pick what they want, as much as they want. Feels proper shaadi-style, but for your home.
- Plated thali service: Sabzi, dal, rice, roti, and sweet, all served together. No mess, no waiting. Works best for smaller spaces or when you want things sorted quickly.
