For us, Ramzan is a month of prayer and hospitality. This video captures the spirit of our Minara Masjid stall, where every dish we serve is a part of our 70-year-old tradition.
This is our iconic Yakhni soup, a Ramzan special. It's a light, warming broth, slow-cooked for hours and packed with flavour, perfect for breaking your fast.
Ever tried Zaban ka Soup? Watch us prepare this traditional delicacy, featuring tender goat tongue in a flavourful yakhni. It's an authentic taste of Mughlai cuisine, available only during Ramzan.
From sizzling kebabs on the grill to rich tawa preparations and steaming bowls of soup, get a quick glimpse of the action at our bustling Minara Masjid outlet.
We were honoured to host culinary legends Chef Rahul Akerkar and Chef Mukhtar Qureshi. Watch them experience our Ramzan specials, from the Bheja Fry to our classic Seekh Kebabs.
A look at the making of our special Mutton Haleem. Slow-cooked to perfection, this rich and hearty dish is available exclusively by pre-order in our Iftar Box for you to enjoy at home.
The festive spirit isn't just at Mohammed Ali Road. Our Bandra outlet is also decorated and ready to welcome you with a full spread of Ramzan delicacies.
The secret to our taste? We never compromise on quality. Hear from us directly about how we maintain the same authentic flavour that Bademiya has been known for since 1946.
About Featured
Ramzan at Bademiya is not about experimenting; it is about serving the same Yakhni stock recipes we have kept alive since 1946. Whether you choose our Zaban (goat tongue), Dil (heart), or Tilly (spleen) variants, you are getting the original, light, and warming broth that has defined Iftar for generations in Mumbai.
The Minara Masjid Heritage
For one month only, we return to our roots at Mohammed Ali Road. Our stall right by the Minara Masjid is where the real Mumbai Ramzan vibe lives. It is a no-frills, high-energy scene where tradition takes center stage. We are open until 4 AM, so whether you are here for Iftar or a late-night Sehri, the grill is always hot.
Our Festive Menu
We do not believe in 'fusion' or 'innovative' changes. Our Ramzan menu is strictly traditional. We use our signature hand-mixed masalas that haven't changed in seven decades.
- Yakhni Soups: Zaban, Dil, and Tilly options that are light, clear, and packed with authentic spice stock.
- Tawa Specials: Mutton Bheja Fry and Gurda Fry, cooked live in front of you on a giant tawa with plenty of masalas.
Bringing Bademiya Home
If you prefer to break your fast at home, we have our Iftar Box. This includes our slow-cooked Mutton Haleem, prepared with wheat, barley, lentils, and generous lashings of Desi Ghee.
Note for our Haleem lovers: Because this dish requires extensive slow-cooking, we require a 24-hour advance booking to ensure you get the freshest batch.
If you cannot make it to Mohammed Ali Road, our Bandra outlet is also serving the same festive spread in a more comfortable, sit-down setting. No matter which location you visit, you get the same 'Wahi Taste' we have guaranteed since 1946.
Bademiya
For us, Ramzan is not just business; it is ibadat and our way of continuing what our father started. We do not believe in changing our menu to look fancy, so you will find the same hand-mixed masalas and traditional techniques we have used for 70 years. When you sit at our table, you are sharing the same meal that has been a Mumbai tradition since 1946.
