Forget your standard trekking boots for this one. On our Gokarna trips, you are walking on soft sand, scrambling over rocky coastal outcrops, and taking boat rides between beaches. We handle the forest permits and point you to the best sunrise spots, but remember, the trail is long and sun-exposed, so carry light. We aren't doing a luxury resort tour; we are here for the campfire vibes, group madness, and the actual trek.
When we say beach trek, do not imagine a flat, easy stroll. The Gokarna coastal trail, often called the Golden Route, takes you across cliffs and pristine shorelines. It connects iconic spots like Kudle Beach, Om Beach, Half Moon, and Paradise Beach. You will be walking under the sun, so keeping yourself hydrated is non-negotiable.
We take care of all the logistics, from forest department permissions to the local transfers required to reach the base. We leave Bangalore on Friday night, usually with a mix of solo travelers and friends ready for a bit of chaos on the road. By the time we reach the coast, the ice is usually already broken.
