Pricing Guide
Ladakh Expedition: Leh, Nubra & Pangong Loop (7 Days)
Core Logistics & Stay
- Duration: 7 Days / 6 Nights (Leh to Leh loop).
- Accommodation: 3-Star equivalent Guest Houses in Leh and Swiss Camps (attached toilets) in Nubra/Pangong. Note that camp heating is rarely available.
- Meals: Daily Breakfast and Dinner included. Lunches are excluded as you are on the road.
- Permits: Inner Line Permits (ILP) for restricted areas included.
Transport & Gear
- Option A: Seat in Tempo Traveller or SUV (Standard Package).
- Option B: Royal Enfield Himalayan/Scram rental (Premium Package).
- Support: Road Captain, mechanic, and backup vehicle for luggage/emergencies.
- Safety: Portable Oxygen Cylinder and First Aid Kit carried by lead vehicle.
Surcharges & Exclusions
- Taxes: 5% GST and 5% TCS are applicable over the final price.
- Fuel: For bikers, petrol is self-paid (approx. ₹3,500 to ₹5,000).
- Gear Rental: Riding jackets/guards are extra (approx. ₹500 to ₹1000/day).
- Security Deposit: Refundable cash deposit required per bike.
Thailand Hopping: Bangkok & Pattaya Party Tour (5 Days)
Stay & Meals
- Accommodation: 4 Nights in 3-Star standard hotels (Twin Sharing). Locations typically near 2nd Road (Pattaya) and Pratunam (Bangkok).
- Meals: Daily Buffet Breakfast plus 1 Set Lunch during Coral Island tour.
Sightseeing & Transfers
- Transfers: Shared airport pickup/drop and inter-city transfers in AC Coasters.
- Day Activities: Coral Island Tour via Speedboat and Half-day Bangkok City Tour (Golden Buddha + Marble Temple).
- Nightlife: Guide assistance for Walking Street visits.
Surcharges & Exclusions
- Flights: Airfare to/from Bangkok is not included.
- Entry Fees: National Park fees for islands (approx. 200-400 THB) are paid in cash on arrival.
- Taxes: 5% GST and 5% TCS are applicable over the final price.
Dubai Highlights: City, Desert Safari & Burj Khalifa (5 Days)
Accommodation & Hospitality
- Stay: 4 Nights in 3-Star or 4-Star City Hotels (Locations typically in Bur Dubai, Deira, or Al Barsha).
- Meals: Daily Buffet Breakfast plus 1 BBQ Dinner during Desert Safari.
Activities & Experiences
- Desert Safari: Shared 4x4 Dune Bashing, Camel Ride, and BBQ Buffet with live shows.
- Sightseeing: Half-day City Tour (Atlantis/Jumeirah photo stops) and Dhow Cruise dinner on the Creek.
- Attractions: Entry ticket to Burj Khalifa 'At The Top' (Level 124/125) during non-prime hours.
Surcharges & Exclusions
- Local Tax: Tourism Dirham Fee (approx. 10-15 AED per room/night) payable directly at the hotel.
- Visa: Dubai Tourist Visa (approx. ₹5,500) is excluded.
- Flights: Airfare is not included.

- Red Sand Desert Safari Dubai: Dune bashing, sandboarding, and BBQ under the stars. Whole trip is designed for max fun, not just ticking off places.

My Story
We kicked off Backpackers United back in 2017, not just as a travel gig but as a family. Solo, couple, group - sab apne hain (everyone's one of us). We’ve had wild times, like that August when rain messed up all plans, but our people kept hoping. We hustled, made new routes, and boom, every trip was sold out. It’s never just about the places. It’s the bus madness, bonfire talks, and the BPU fam vibes.
