Pricing Guide
2 Day Trekking & Camping Expeditions
Logistics
Round trip transport from Bangalore via Non-AC/AC Tempo Traveller (12-20 seater). Includes driver allowance, tolls, and parking. Pickup points typically include Indiranagar, Domlur, and Goraguntepalya.
Basic Accommodation
Shared gender-segregated dormitories (floor mattresses) OR 2/3 sharing camping tents. Washrooms are common/shared. Hot water availability is not guaranteed. Sleeping bags provided for tent stays.
Vegetarian Meals
Covers 2 Breakfasts, 1 Packed Lunch (Rice Bath/Puliogare), and 1 Dinner. Menu is strictly vegetarian. Non-veg food is excluded.
Permits & Support
Includes all Forest Department entry fees and trekking permits. Guided by Trip Captains to manage logistics and route.
2 Day Leisure & Sightseeing Tours
Travel Comfort
AC Tempo Traveller or Mini-Bus with pushback seats. Includes hiring of local 4x4 Jeeps for difficult terrain like Mandalpatti or off-road viewpoints.
Homestay Accommodation
Stay in homestays or budget hotels on quad (4) or triple sharing basis. Rooms feature attached western washrooms, clean linen, and charging points.
Dining
South Indian vegetarian buffet. Includes 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch, and 1 Dinner. Sunday lunch and dinner on the return journey are self-sponsored at highway stops.
Site Fees
Entry tickets to standard tourist spots like museums, botanical gardens, and caves are covered. Includes Trip Captain to manage timings.
3 Day Long Weekend Getaways
Long Haul Transport
AC Pushback Coach or Tempo Traveller suitable for 800km+ round trips. Includes interstate permit taxes required for entering Kerala, Goa, or Tamil Nadu.
2 Night Stay
Accommodation for two nights. Varies by destination: 3-Star category hotels for hill stations (Munnar) or AC Guest Houses/Cottages for Hampi and Gokarna. Twin or triple sharing.
Meal Plan
Includes 3 Breakfasts and 2 Dinners. Lunches are excluded to allow travelers to explore local cafes and shacks at their own expense.
Destination Specifics
Covers specific entry fees such as Coracle rides in Hampi or Tea Museum entry in Munnar. Water sports (rafting/surfing) are facilitated but paid for directly by the user.
