With a little imagination and my background in visual effects, we can create pure magic. This Harry Potter themed shoot was about bringing a little girl's favorite story to life, complete with an owl companion and an enchanted forest.

Capturing a family’s joy isn't just about lighting and lenses; it is about creating a space where you can actually relax. Whether we are working in my Byculla studio or at an outdoor location, I prioritize your comfort over the clock. I know that toddlers get fussy and newborns need time to settle, so we build in the necessary buffer time to make sure we catch those genuine expressions instead of forced poses.
Why We Focus on Real Moments
Photography is not just about a clean frame or a perfect setup. Coming from a VFX background, I have the technical skills to edit anything, but I have learned that the best images are the ones you cannot fake. My favorite photos are the ones where parents forget I am holding the camera and focus entirely on the little miracle in their arms.
Where Your Story Happens
We generally work in two environments, and both offer something different:
- The Byculla Studio: This is my controlled, safe space. It is perfect for newborns and baby milestones where we need to manage temperature, sound, and lighting to keep the baby comfortable. We use neutral backdrops to ensure the focus stays entirely on your family.
- Outdoor Locations: If you want movement, we head outdoors. We chase the golden hour—the hour just after sunrise or before sunset—to get that soft, natural glow. These sessions are about letting kids run, play, and interact with you naturally.
Planning Your Session
I want to make this process easy. If you have a specific theme in mind—whether it is a classic portrait or something playful like a Harry Potter setup—I am always excited to try it. For studio sessions, we plan for two outfit changes and ensure we have enough time to take breaks. Please bring your own wardrobe, but I handle the props, the setups, and the patience required to get the shot.
My goal is to give you photos that you will look back on in ten years and still feel the same love you felt today. Let’s make that happen.
