Private Room Surprise & Cabana Decor
Canopy & Lighting
- Cabana Structure: Installation of a temporary tent structure using sheer white net or georgette curtains over the bed or floor corner.
- Mood Lighting: 10 to 15 meters of warm white LED fairy lights draped around the canopy for illumination.
- Ambient Glow: Placement of 15 to 20 flameless LED tea-light candles around the bed frame and floor area.
Balloon Configuration
- Ceiling Floaters: 30 to 40 metallic balloons (Red, Gold, or Silver) attached to the ceiling with hanging ribbons.
- Foil Elements: Set of 16 inch foil balloons spelling words like LOVE, HBD, or WELCOME, plus large heart or star shapes.
- Floor Fillers: 20 to 30 air-filled loose balloons scattered across the room.
Floral Details
- Rose Petals: 1kg to 1.5kg of fresh rose petals arranged to create a pathway or heart shape on the bed or floor.

Balloon Decor & Props
- Balloon Arch: L-shaped or semi-circle organic garland containing 400 to 500 balloons (Pastel, Matte, Chrome, Confetti mix).
- Cake Station: 3 cylindrical pedestals with theme-printed covers for cake display.
- Lighting: 3 rental LED Marquee letters or numbers and 4 to 6 LED PAR cans for stage wash lighting.
Entrance Area
- Gate Decor: Standard 8ft height balloon arch (spiral or organic style) at the hall entry.
- Welcome Board: One 2ft x 3ft personalized easel stand with the child's name and photo.

Tenting & Draping
- Overhead Canopy: Colorful fabric strips (Leheriya or bright solids) creating a semi-open roof over 1,000 to 1,200 sq. ft of lawn area.
- Perimeter: Basic masking of walls with single-color drapes or paper lanterns.
Seating Configuration
- Lounge Zone: 10 to 12 traditional seating elements (Moodas or Khatiyas) with bolsters.
- Dining Seating: 30 to 40 banquet chairs provided with white covers and tie-backs.
Audio & Entertainment Area
- Photo Booth: 8ft x 8ft themed backdrop (e.g., Kite wall or Tassels) with 2D handheld props.
- Prop Display: One large thematic element like a decorated cycle or floral swing.
- Sound System: 2 PA speakers with bass and top range, 1 corded microphone, and Aux connectivity.

- Walkway: 10ft red or green carpet.
- Floral Accents: Two iron standees with artificial marigold arrangements.

Why I Do This
I started Dream Design Events because I love seeing people happy and relaxed at their own parties. For me, aap family ho (you are family). My motto is simple: we create, you celebrate. You hand over the stress, and I’ll handle the rest.
What I Actually Do
- I plan and manage all kinds of social and private events in Kanpur, since 2017.
- Birthdays are my favourite - especially for kids. I don’t just put up balloons, I build a whole new world. Want a Candyland or Cocomelon theme? I’ll make it ekdum shandaar (absolutely awesome).
- Venue transformation is my thing. Indoor, outdoor, small hall, big lawn - I’ll turn it into a fairytale.
- Balloon decor is my specialty. From huge arches to custom balloon walls, I go all out.
- Personal touches matter. I love adding things like welcome signs, light-up letters, or a photo collage of your baby’s first year.
Not Just Birthdays
- I do festival parties too - Holi, Pongal, you name it. I’ll bring the vibe, decor, and even fun stuff like caricature artists.
- Anniversaries and romantic surprises get a special touch with flowers, candles, and creative setups.
- Welcoming a new baby? I’ll make the homecoming feel extra special.
The Full Package
- I don’t just decorate. I handle DJ, sound, lighting, special effects, and even set up selfie corners for those Insta moments.
