Achieving a striking, monolithic facade while maintaining internal comfort requires precise technical coordination between structural grids and fenestration. In projects like Optical Point, we utilize modular concrete blocks not just for aesthetic impact, but to filter light and create porosity. Our architectural process focuses on the dialogue between the building and its environment. In dense settings across Delhi and the NCR, a facade cannot simply be a decorative skin.
