Speed on the court is non-negotiable. We use dedicated agility and fitness sessions including ladder drills, hurdle jumps, and shuttle runs to build your footwork, speed, and stamina.
A group of our junior players participates in an agility training day. They are using mini-hurdles to improve their explosive power and quickness, which are vital badminton fitness components.

A group of intermediate players works through various footwork and conditioning drills. We dedicate specific time to off-the-racket fitness to make our players stronger and faster.
Our youngest players learn the basics of court movement through fun drills like shuttle pickups. This builds a strong foundation for advanced footwork later on.

We use dedicated agility ladders, hurdle jumps, and timed shuttle runs to fix your footwork before you even pick up a racket. Our Training Methodology
At our Pitampura and Janakpuri facilities, we follow a structured approach to conditioning:
- Off-Court Conditioning: We use agility ladders, mini-hurdles, and plyometric exercises to improve explosive power. This helps you get to the shuttle faster and recover quicker.
- Court-Specific Drills: We incorporate shuttle runs and movement drills that mimic actual match patterns. You aren't just running; you're learning how to move efficiently under pressure.
- Endurance Building: High-volume drills—including our 3 vs 1 defensive simulations—are designed to test your limits. This is how we prepare you for long rallies and tournament play.
