Speed on the court is non-negotiable. We use dedicated agility and fitness sessions including ladder drills, hurdle jumps, and shuttle runs to build your footwork, speed, and stamina.

A group of our junior players participates in an agility training day. They are using mini-hurdles to improve their explosive power and quickness, which are vital badminton fitness components.

Players engage in a shuttle run exercise, a classic badminton conditioning drill. This simple but effective workout builds court-specific endurance and speed.

A group of intermediate players works through various footwork and conditioning drills. We dedicate specific time to off-the-racket fitness to make our players stronger and faster.

Our youngest players learn the basics of court movement through fun drills like shuttle pickups. This builds a strong foundation for advanced footwork later on.
