A powerful game is built on a strong foundation. Here, my players are engaged in plyometric jump training, a key part of our badminton fitness regimen designed to build explosive leg strength for powerful smashes and quick on-court agility.

My agility drills are not just about sweating; they are designed to build the specific muscle memory you need to dominate the court. We use cone runs and multi-shuttle feeding to ensure your feet move faster than your opponent’s, because at this level, speed is the deciding factor.
