I started Bolly Garage because I believe that dance is for everyone, regardless of whether you have 'two left feet' or think you have no rhythm. My mission is to remove the stress and bring back the fun. Whether you are coming to me to prep for a veere di wedding [brother's wedding] or you want to join a regular fitness course, the energy is always the same: supportive, loud, and full of laughter.
What I Offer
- Wedding & Sangeet Choreography: This is my specialty. From bridal solos to high-energy group performances for parents and cousins, I create routines that look great on camera and feel natural to dance. We focus on expressions, or nakhra, so you look like a pro even if you are a first-timer.
- Bhangra & Bollywood: We don't just dance; we sweat it out. My Bhangra sessions often feature live dhol to get that authentic Punjabi energy going. It is a fantastic workout that feels more like a party than a gym session.
- Wellness & Movement: Dance is wellness. I incorporate strength, flexibility, and occasionally sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls to help you reset after a long day.
The Studio Experience
When you train with me, you are getting more than just a dance move. Our studio in Delhi and Amritsar is equipped with wooden sprung floors to save your knees during those high-impact steps, full-length mirrors to help you perfect your form, and high-bass sound systems to keep the energy high.
