Behind the Scenes: Architectural Execution
A design is only as strong as its execution. Here is a look at the reality of our on-site work, from structural framing to the final finishes.
A quick look at a site visit in progress. Here, I am inspecting the installation of the stone flooring and wooden facade elements on a rooftop terrace. Being on-site allows me to work directly with the construction team to solve challenges and ensure the final quality meets my standards.
This video captures the raw structure of a rooftop space before the finishing touches. You can see the framework for a pergola and the initial layout of the terrace. This stage is crucial for verifying structural details and planning for the final layers of flooring, planters, and lighting.
About Behind the Scenes
I personally visit every site to check structural details—like the load-bearing capacity for rooftop pergolas or the precision of our stone grid flooring—so that the final space feels exactly as it did in our initial 3D renders.
Many people think architecture ends at the final 3D render, but for us, the real work happens when the materials arrive on-site. The transformation from a blank canvas to a completed home involves a series of technical decisions that happen out of sight.
Whether we are selecting the right flamed granite for a vehicle-ready driveway or ensuring the MS pergola frames are structurally sound, on-site supervision is the only way to guarantee quality. We bridge the gap between a paper plan and a lasting home by staying involved at every stage.
This means handling the essential, non-glamorous work—soil leveling, anti-termite treatments, electrical cabling, and masonry checks—with the same attention we give to aesthetic design. We want you to see this process because it builds trust. When you work with us, you are not just getting a design; you are getting a partnership that remains active until the last tile is laid and the final light is installed. This ensures that your outdoor space, whether a rooftop leisure zone or a front yard, remains as functional as it is beautiful.
