I help you turn ideas into something real with wood. At Advanced Woodworking Training Centre, it’s all about practical learning - you actually make stuff, not just watch demos. I’m obsessed with classic skills but also bring in the latest tech, so you get to work with hand tools as well as CNC machines.
How You’ll Learn
- Start right away on your own project - tables, chairs, cabinets, you name it.
- I’m always around, showing you tricks I’ve picked up over the years.
- The workshop is kitted out with all sorts of gear, from chisels to CNC routers.
- I’ll teach you to measure, cut, and solve problems with jugaad (quick, clever fixes) when things don’t go by the book.
The Courses
- Woodworking certification India: For beginners, hobbyists, designers, and carpenters. You’ll learn hand and power tools, safety, joinery, and finishing. End up with a solid understanding and a project to show off.
- Product design & development: If you want to go pro, this one dives into taking an idea from sketch to finished product, including CNC router programming course and 3D work.
- CNC specialization: For those who already know the basics and want to master CNC operation and programming.

I’m based inside IWST, Bengaluru, with hostel options for out-of-towners. The Centre is recognized by the Ministry of Skill Development, so you get legit credentials and placement help. You’ll leave ready for the real world - not just with skills, but a network too.

My Story
We’re Advanced Woodworking Training Centre, nestled inside the Institute of Wood Science & Technology in Malleshwaram, Bangalore. Centre of Excellence, yeah, but for us, it’s about mixing old-school hand tool skills with new tech. Some folks are hobbyists, some are architects, some just want to make stuff. We guide everyone—from scribbling the first sketch to sanding the last edge. Woodworking here isn’t just carpentry, it’s pure craft.
