The Process: Behind The Scenes
A look at how I structure shoots, coordinate with my creative team, and manage the technical details to bring a campaign vision to life.

About The Process: Behind The Scenes
Behind every polished campaign video or lookbook image is a day of intense coordination. I never work solo. Whether it is managing the lighting setup for a high-fashion editorial or timing the movement of a model on set, my focus is on the workflow between the stylist, the makeup artist, and my camera crew. When you see the final edit, you are looking at the result of hours spent on precision, from the initial mood board to the final color grade.
How I Build a Campaign
My production process is designed to remove the stress from your brand launch. I break every project into three clear stages to ensure the final output feels cohesive.
1. The Prep: Concept & Coordination Before we step into a studio or a location, we finalize the visual language. I handle the mood boarding for lighting, posing, and the overall color story. During this phase, I also take care of the team assembly, bringing in stylists and makeup artists who align with your brand's aesthetic. You don't have to manage the technical logistics.
2. The Shoot: On-Set Direction Whether we are shooting in a minimalist studio in Delhi or at an outdoor heritage site, my focus is on the movement. I use a 4K hybrid setup to capture both stills and motion simultaneously, which keeps the tone of your photography and video consistent. I am constantly directing the talent to get that specific mood—what I call the 'magic in the eyes'—while my crew manages the lighting modifiers and flags to ensure the scene looks cinematic.
3. Post-Production: Color & Flow This is where the 'Studio X' look is really finalized. After the shoot, I spend time on advanced skin retouching for stills and professional color grading for films. This step is non-negotiable for me. It ensures that whether you are posting a 15-second reel on Instagram or printing an editorial lookbook, the image quality is consistent and sharp.
Why the Team Matters
I have learned that the best visuals come from a collaborative environment. My setup includes a dedicated Director/DoP, a camera assistant, and support for your own stylists and MUAs. This structure allows us to handle high-pressure environments, whether it is a fast-paced social media ad or an extended editorial production. If you want a campaign that feels intentional rather than staged, this is how we get there.
