This is the Madani Residence at dusk, a project where we blended modern architectural lines with warm, inviting light. We believe a home's exterior should be a promise of the peace and beauty that lies within, using elements like cantilevered roofs and integrated planters to connect the structure with nature.
A living room from our Faizal Residence project, designed for comfort and conversation. We combined a plush patterned sofa with a classic leather couch and a modern rocking chair, all set against a backdrop of exposed concrete and warm wood ceilings to create a space that is both sophisticated and welcoming.

Take a walk through the Humaize Apartment in Kochi. This video shows how different spaces flow into one another, from the open-plan living area to the tranquil private rooms, all tied together with a consistent palette of warm woods and elegant finishes.
We designed this spa-like bathroom in the Faizal Residence to be a private sanctuary. The freestanding tub is the centerpiece, elevated on a wooden platform and surrounded by natural materials, with a skylight that bathes the room in soft, natural light.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, and in the Humaize Apartment, we created one that is both functional and beautiful. This open-concept kitchen features deep teal cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and custom lighting, seamlessly connecting to the living area.
This master bedroom in the Faizal Residence balances luxury and comfort. We used a custom leather and fabric headboard, sleek linear lighting, and a mix of soft textures to create a restful and sophisticated retreat.

Before we start any construction, we invest time in site analysis—studying the sun path and wind direction to ensure your home is naturally ventilated and comfortable. We then translate this data into photorealistic 3D visualizations. This step allows you to walk through your home digitally, adjusting layouts, lighting, and textures until the space feels exactly right to you.
Our design process is rooted in our 'Terratropical' philosophy, which seeks a balance between bold, modern lines and the earthy, natural materials of the Kerala landscape.
Our Approach
We don't just design buildings; we create environments. Whether it is a 6,000 sq. ft. villa like the Faizal Residence in Kannur or a compact apartment renovation in Kochi, our focus remains on uncluttered spaces that feel personal.
- Design & Consultancy: From initial concept sketches to detailed Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings, we manage the technical heavy lifting, including structural coordination and MEP planning for electrical and plumbing.
- Turnkey Execution: If you prefer a seamless experience, our team handles the entire interior fit-out. We manage everything from gypsum false ceilings and magnetic track lighting to high-end joinery using BWR ply and Blum hardware.
- Materiality: We lean into rich veneers, exposed concrete textures, and natural stone to create a tactile experience. You will see these elements play out in our projects, where custom-upholstered furniture and smart lighting choices turn a standard room into a retreat.
