Monthly Strength & Conditioning Subscription
Session Frequency
Access to 3-4 structured dry-land sessions per week (approx. 60 minutes each) under certified S&C coach supervision.

Core & Balance
Stability exercises using Bosu balls and high-rep core circuits (planks, twists) to build endurance.

How I Work With Swimmers

- Parents and swimmers get looped in from day one. I explain my approach and set goals together.
- Progress isn't guesswork here. Athletic performance tracking is regular, so we spot problems early and keep improvements real.

- Strength, balance, and flexibility - I train it all, not just swimming laps.
- Core work and proprioception drills help swimmers keep form, power, and speed where it matters.
- Sports-specific strength training and yoga sessions keep bodies strong and mobile, not just bulky.
Keeping Athletes Healthy
- Injury prevention is a huge deal. My physiotherapy team is always ready, poolside or in recovery sessions.
- Rehab isn't rushed. I make sure swimmers bounce back right, even using advanced stuff like cryobaths.
