Classical Hatha Yoga Workshops in Gurgaon
Yoga is not just a workout, it is a process. Here is how i teach the traditional practices of Hatha Yoga at Astita Yogmandir.
My personal Angamardana practice, which is guided by the three pillars of Sadhana: correct Instruction, unwavering Integrity, and the necessary Intensity for transformation.
A moment of reflection during my practice. I realized that resting postures are just as vital as the challenging ones, teaching us the importance of stillness and surrender in Hatha Yoga.
My personal space for sadhana, where the teachings of Sadhguru guide my practice. This reverence is the foundation of everything I share at Astita Yogmandir.
A look back at the journey of Astita Yogmandir. From opening the studio to conducting over 30 classical yoga classes, every step has been about sharing these powerful tools for transformation.
About The Path of a Seeker
this isn't a typical gym class where you just follow along. at Astita Yogmandir, i guide you through Classical Hatha Yoga with a focus on personal correction. in my small cohorts, we make sure you learn the 21-step Surya Kriya or Angamardana sequence with enough clarity to continue your sadhana at home.
many people come to me looking for a quick fix or a way to lose weight, but the path of Hatha Yoga is quite different. it is about bringing your body and mind into alignment so you can function at your peak. at my studio in DLF Phase 2, i teach in the way i learned from Sadhguru.
My practice is built on three pillars: instruction, integrity, and intensity. When you sign up for a workshop, you are not just getting a list of poses. You are receiving a complete, consecrated process. Whether it is the Surya Kriya workshop, which aligns your system with the sun's energy, or the Angamardana bootcamp, which builds strength without equipment, the goal is always the same: to create a foundation for your own growth.
I intentionally keep my batches small, usually 4 to 8 people. This allows me to see every movement you make and correct your form immediately. We use traditional cotton rugs rather than rubber mats, and I provide practice cheat sheets so you can take these tools back to your own space. If you are serious about finding your balance and living more intensely, this is the place to start. Har Har Mahadev.
