Here, it is not about following a fitness trend. When you join a workshop, you learn a specific process, whether it is Surya Kriya, Angamardana, or Bhuta Shuddhi, that is meant to be a tool for your lifelong practice. My batches are kept small, typically 5 to 8 students, so i can personally provide the correction and instruction needed to ensure you are practicing safely and effectively.
My approach is rooted in three principles: Instruction, Integrity, and Intensity. When you walk into Astita Yogmandir in DLF Phase 2, you are not here for a workout. You are here for Sadhana.
Whether you are looking to align your system with solar cycles through Surya Kriya, build physical strength and endurance with Angamardana, or purify your five elements via Bhuta Shuddhi, the focus remains the same. I teach these as formal processes rather than simple exercises. This means you get a practice you can take home and do on your own.
I believe the body needs to be prepared for bigger possibilities. That is why i teach these modules as intense, multi-day programs rather than drop-in classes. You get individual attention, proper correction sessions post-workshop, and ongoing support to ensure your practice remains consistent. This space is consecrated and designed for subtle receptivity, away from the distractions of a typical gym environment.
