About Our Philosophy & Recognition

We do not just teach postures. Our teaching method is built on a specific ratio of 60 percent Karma Yog (dedicated action) and 30 percent Raj Yog (mind and body control). This helps our students in Gurgaon integrate yoga into their professional lives, transforming 14-hour workdays into a balanced cycle of productivity and personal growth rather than a source of stress.
