Use props to unlock your potential. Whether you are working on a handstand or easing into a backbend, our floor-based classes focus on safe alignment to build real strength.

With hands-on guidance, you can safely explore the depths of your flexibility. Here, I am assisting a student in a partner-supported forward bend and backbend, ensuring proper form.

Our studio is a place to challenge yourself. Here, students use yoga wheels and blocks to build the strength and balance required for a stable handstand, turning their world upside down.

I guide students through advanced poses like Eka Pada Padangustha Dhanurasana (One-Foot-Toe Bow Pose) with careful adjustments to ensure safety and maximize the stretch.

From laughter at the door to deep focus on the mat, our studio is a journey. We guide students through challenging poses like the splits and provide hands-on assistance for deep backbends.

We often use props like wooden blocks to work on balance and back flexibility. This group exercise encourages stability and synchronized movement, making hard work feel like teamwork.

In our advanced back-bending classes, we focus on safe progression. Here, I am guiding students through a challenging sequence, helping them open their hearts and spines with control.

Using the wall and a yoga wheel, this student works on a deep backbend. I provide hands-on support to help her achieve the full expression of the pose safely and effectively.

About Power & Prop Yoga: Strength on the Mat

Many beginners worry that using a yoga wheel or block is a crutch. It is actually the opposite. In our studios, we use props to help you safely deepen stretches and hold poses longer. This helps you build muscle memory and spinal flexibility without the risk of overstretching, making your transition from basic postures to advanced flows much faster and safer.
