My Fitness Philosophy: Strength & Core Training
Dance is my passion, but fitness is the engine that keeps me going. See how I combine strength training, core work, and consistent nutrition to build the stamina needed for my high-energy Bollybeats and Zumba sessions.
This is a look at my personal chest and biceps routine. Consistent strength training is crucial for injury prevention and maintaining the power needed for high-energy dance.
Core strengthening is essential for any dancer. This video shows a few of my go-to exercises for building a strong core, which is the key to balance and control in every movement. The post-workout meal shows how I refuel my body.
About My Fitness Philosophy
Look at the workout breakdown—that is my consistent routine. I focus on specific muscle groups like chest and biceps to build raw strength, while my core circuits provide the stability needed to lead high-energy dance classes without fading. This approach is not just about aesthetics; it is about building the endurance you need to sustain an hour of non-stop movement.
Why I Train This Way
I believe dance is just one part of a healthy lifestyle. If you want to keep up with trending Bollywood tracks or survive a 60-minute Zumba session, you need more than just rhythm. You need power.
The Foundation: Strength & Control
In my classes at SAF Studio on New BEL Road, I often notice students struggle not because they lack rhythm, but because their core stability is weak. That is why I practice what I preach. The decline presses, cable crossovers, and hammer curls you see in my gallery are designed to build the upper body foundation required for explosive dance movements.
Core Circuits
My core routine is not just about crunches. It is about control. I focus on variations that challenge stability, which directly translates to how you hold your posture on the dance floor. When your core is strong, your movements are sharper and your balance improves immediately.
Recovery & Consistency
Fitness does not stop when you leave the gym. You will see in my feed that I prioritize real, home-cooked food. Proper recovery is what allows me to teach six days a week. Whether you are aiming for weight loss, toning, or just general flexibility, the principles remain the same: consistent training and smart nutrition. If you are ready to stop guessing and start moving, come join a batch at SAF Studio.
