The Setup
Classes run Monday to Saturday at SAF Studio, New BEL Road. We have morning and evening batches so you can slot this into your day without stress. The studio features shock-absorbent flooring, which is crucial for those high-impact jumps, and we always have changing rooms and water stations ready.
